LUNCH

2 pm to 3.30 pm 

simple food of home
1 cup veggies
1cup curd

4.30 pm to 5pm 
[ after gym]

simple banana shake 

after gym 

a protein shake 

NIGHT 

100gm salad 
100gm rice 



guys that's the basic diet for the beginners  
and this diet is for first 3 months just stick on to it and see the  results 
in thus page I am giving that diets and workouts that are experienced by me in  my transformation
